Events in New Jersey and New York are shining the spotlight on Women’s History Month and encouraging dialogue on women’s achievement and influence.

On March 22, 2016, Dallas Reed, PhD, Berkeley College Vice President, Student Development and Campus Life, will moderate a panel of New York leaders who will speak about advocacy and equity issues. Later this month, women lawmakers will take center stage in New Jersey to discuss the challenges and triumphs of being a woman in power. Woman make up just 24 percent of all state legislators nationwide, according to the National Conference of State Legislators.
