Jessica Ballew, Chief Empowerment Officer and Founder of J.E.S.S.I.C.A. Cares, gained extensive management and leadership experience in her more than 25 years in the corporate and financial industry. Through her participation in various community initiatives, she found her passion for working with, mentoring and empowering young girls and women.

Through uplifting programs, interactive exercises and academies in four states, J.E.S.S.I.C.A. Cares offers teens and women the resources necessary to make their goals a reality. The organization provides a safe haven for women of all faiths to discuss and overcome their struggles and fears.

Ms. Ballew became a chaplain in November 2016. She is a recipient of the 2018 P.A.T.H. award, and has been recognized by Project ReDirect Youth and Family Services and Morristown Neighborhood House for her service.
