Diane Walsh
Executive Vice President, Communications and Programs, Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey

 

Diane Walsh was born and raised in Hudson County, NJ. A graduate of New York University with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, she has more than 30 years of experience in the industry. For most of her career, she worked at the state’s largest newspaper, The Star-Ledger, where she was part of the team awarded a Pulitzer Prize in 2005 for coverage of Gov. Jim McGreevey’s resignation.

 

In 2011, she accepted a position at the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey, and now serves as Executive Vice President, overseeing program development and communications for the association’s 900 corporate members. As a business advocate, she helps develop policies and programs to improve the state’s business climate.
