Allison C. Williams, Esq., is Founder and Owner of the Williams Law Group, LLC, in Short Hills, NJ, and Founder of the Law Firm Mentor where she coaches lawyers and law firm owners on how to grow their practices into successful businesses. Ms. Williams holds a BS, magna cum laude, and an MS, summa cum laude, from Florida State University. She received a JD, cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney.  Ms. Williams is the first attorney in New Jersey to become Certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Family Law Trial Attorney.

In 2017, Ms. Williams received a Silver Stevie Award for Female Entrepreneur of the Year and her law firm was rated among the Top 500 Fastest Growing Law Firms in the country by Law Firm 500. NJBIZ named Ms. Williams among the Top 50 Women in Business in 2018. Ms. Williams has been interviewed by Katie Couric to provide her insights on parents falsely accused of child abuse. She has also been interviewed by News 12 New Jersey and Pix11 on precedential child abuse rulings, and she has published articles for the Huffington Post
