Elana Zolfo, EdD
Dean, Berkeley College Larry L. Luing School of Business®

Elana Zolfo, EdD, serves as Dean of the Berkeley College Larry L. Luing School of Business®. She has more than 20 years of experience in higher education administration, with a focus on creating a student-oriented culture and forging partnerships with workforce organizations in the community. Before joining Berkeley College, Dr. Zolfo served as Vice President of Workforce Development for The Aerospace and Defense Diversification Alliance in Peacetime Transition. In this position, she determined workforce training needs and served on the New York State Regional Task Force for Workforce Development. She has served as an instructor in the MBA program at Dowling College, as well as taught courses at Suffolk County Community College and Nassau Community College. Dr. Zolfo holds an EdD in Education Leadership and Technology from Dowling College; an MBA in Management from Adelphi University; a BA in Psychology from Hofstra University; and an AAS in Psychology from Nassau Community College.
