Ice Bucket Challenge for ALS at Berkeley College in Dover

Photo Caption: Surgical Technology students at Berkeley College in Dover prepare to take the Ice Bucket Challenge to raise funds for The ALS Association. Volunteers from Berkeley College Career Services and the Office of Student Development and Campus Life also volunteered to be doused in ice water to support the cause. Often referred to as Lou Gehrig’s disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord.
