Photo Caption: Students at Berkeley College in Dover, NJ, recently benefited from a meditation seminar conducted by Lara Beneshan (seated facing group), a meditation specialist and licensed acupuncturist at the Randolph Pain Relief and Wellness Center in Randolph, NJ. The complimentary seminar provided an overview of the various mudras (hand positions), proper body position and breathing techniques, followed by a guided calming visualization. “Having tools like meditation to relieve stress can be so helpful to students,” Ms. Beneshan said.
