Woodbridge Student Shaves Head to Support
Fight against Cancer

Berkeley College Making Strides

Photo Caption A: Student Mike “Mikey” Rosa of Rahway recently upped the ante in supporting Berkeley College in Woodbridge in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk. Mr. Rosa pledged that if the Berkeley College team raised more than $500 for breast cancer research, he would shave his head. The team raised nearly $700, and fellow student Star Roman of Elizabeth (standing, left) took out the buzzer. The Woodbridge team participated in the Making Strides walk on October 25, 2015, at the New Jersey Convention and Exposition Center in Edison, NJ. Students and staff from Berkeley College in Clifton, Dover, Newark, Brooklyn, Midtown Manhattan and White Plains also participated in walks across New Jersey and New York.
