Dr. Davis spoke to students and staff in Woodland Park, NJ, on Tuesday, February 23, 2016, because his was the most recent book choice for the Berkeley College Online Book Club. More than 270 students, faculty, staff, and alumni comprise the Club’s membership. Tuesday’s event was streamed live to all 10 campuses. More than 85 people attended in Woodland Park, and approximately 200 attendees tuned in to the live event broadcast. “Students viewing remotely were still able to interact live with our author through chat,” said Matthew LaBrake, Berkeley College Library Director for Online Degree Programs, “This is the highlight of these events – online students working full time or separated geographically still have the opportunity to attend and participate live.”
