Photo Caption: Shelly Nice, Berkeley College Director, Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching (CELT) has received the 2011 John Fry Individual Merit Award from the North American Council for Staff, Program and Organizational Development. Ms. Nice, a resident of Morristown, NJ, was chosen to receive the award based on her work in developing CELT at Berkeley College, as well as her many contributions as a speaker at local, regional and national conferences.
