Photo Caption: Amanda Manuel, Berkeley College Director, Financial Aid, White Plains location, received the Rising Star Award for Region IV (New York City area) from the New York State Financial Aid Administrators Association (NYSFAAA). Ms. Manuel, who is a resident of Manhattan, has been actively supporting the NYSFAAA’s statewide training efforts. The award recognized her enthusiasm and volunteerism within the association.
