DUTCHESS COUNTY GRADUATES RECEIVE DIPLOMAS
FROM BERKELEY COLLEGE

 
 

Graduates from Dutchess County, NY, were awarded diplomas at the 2015 Berkeley College Commencement ceremony, held on April 24, 2015, at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ. This year’s class of 2,300 graduates included more than 200 international students and 120 military and veteran graduates.

“All of us at Berkeley are proud to celebrate this momentous occasion with you,” said Dario A. Cortes, PhD, President of Berkeley College. “This day represents a culmination of years of hard work and determination, but it is just the beginning. It takes knowledge, passion and persistence to succeed. Believe in yourself and reach higher.”

The following students from Dutchess County received diplomas:

- Delores Campbell of Wappingers Falls, Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies – Criminal Justice
- Emily Chen of Fishkill, Bachelor of Business Administration in Fashion Merchandising and Management
- Alanna Curet of Wappingers Falls, Associate in Applied Science in Business Administration – Accounting
- Diamond Deloatch of Poughkeepsie, Bachelor of Business Administration in Fashion Merchandising and Management
- Jessica Ford of Poughkeepsie, Bachelor of Business Administration in Fashion Merchandising and Management
- Darlene Harrington of Wappingers Falls, Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration – Marketing
- Frank Milio of Hopewell, Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Services
- Safire Pena of Beacon, Associate in Applied Science in Business Administration – Management
- Michelle Vandeusen* of Fishkill, Bachelor of Business Administration in Health Services Management 

Christopher Rodriguez, PhD, Director, New Jersey Office of Homeland Security, delivered the Commencement address and received an honorary Doctor of Laws degree.
