BROOKLYN HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS
AWARDED BERKELEY COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS

 

High school students from Brooklyn in Kings County, NY, have received scholarships to attend Berkeley College. Each year, these scholarships are awarded to high school seniors who demonstrate a high level of achievement. The scholarships are renewable, based on the recipient’s cumulative grade point average at the end of each academic year and continued enrollment as a full-time student. 

“We congratulate these students who have demonstrated their ability and desire to further their achievements by pursuing a college degree with a career focus,” said Michael Smith, President of Berkeley College. “These scholarships will help them succeed.” 

The following students have received scholarships to attend Berkeley College: 

- Ashley Alexis, Northeastern Academy
- Analisse Castillo, St. Edmund Preparatory School
- Kassandra Colon, The Urban Assembly School for the Performing Arts
- Gabriel Domena, Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis High School
- Ruth Jean-Lubin, Repertory High School for Theatre Arts
- Adrianna Jonas, Prospect Heights High School
- Darya Levytska, Edward R. Murrow High School
- Maya Lighty, Edward R. Murrow High School
- Shanida Segnibo, Midwood High School at Brooklyn College
- Claudia Velis, Teachers Preparatory High School
