PUBLIC SECURITY AND LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS FROM CHINA

Photo Caption: Associates at Berkeley College in White Plains, NY, recently welcomed members of the Public Security and Law Enforcement Bureau in Guizhou Province, China. The group met with David Chong, White Plains Commissioner of Public Safety and Justice Studies – Criminal Justice faculty member. They also toured the Berkeley College location on Church Street in downtown White Plains. The Bureau members learned about the technology, policing procedures and methods used in the United States, which they are interested in bringing back to China.
