BERKELEY COLLEGE TEAM IN MIDTOWN MANHATTAN ENCOURAGES

Photo Caption: Berkeley College in Midtown Manhattan recently hosted Encouragement Week, an opportunity for staff to demonstrate their support as students progress on the road to graduation. Berkeley College staff, and students who participate in the Student Government Association, handed out more than 2,000 complimentary pieces of fruit as students entered the campus for their morning or evening classes. The fruit offered encouraging messages such as “Have a Great Day,” “Your Future is Now,” and “One Goal: Graduation.” “Encouragement Week not only provided us with an opportunity to demonstrate our support and commitment to our students, but also afforded a chance for students and staff to get to know each other better,” said Adam Rosen, PsyD, Berkeley College Director of Counseling, Midtown Manhattan. “The response from our students was fantastic – an immediate smile, a friendly thank you, and an expression of appreciation.” Encouragement Week will return to Berkeley College in Midtown Manhattan on February 16.
