BERKELEY COLLEGE SUPPORTS ALUMNA IN HER
STAND AGAINST PANCREATIC CANCER

Photo Caption: On Sunday, September 18, 2016, Berkeley College was a sponsor of the Lustgarten Foundation Pancreatic Cancer Research Walk, held in Paramus, NJ. The walk was organized by Paramus Councilwoman Jeanne Weber, a Berkeley College alumna whose husband, Ron, passed away from pancreatic cancer in 2005. Sunday’s walk raised more than $138,000 for pancreatic cancer research. Throughout the year, Berkeley College supports local charities in the critical areas of food, shelter, health and student success, which align with the College’s mission. This year, Berkeley College has surpassed its goal of completing 85 Acts of Kindness in honor of its 85th anniversary year.
