BERKELEY COLLEGE STUDENTS IN WHITE PLAINS AND MIDTOWN MANHATTAN
TAKE A BREAK FROM FINALS TO DE-STRESS WITH DOGS FROM LOCAL SHELTERS

Photo Caption: Berkeley College recently partnered with Pets Alive Westchester and Bideawee in New York City to host “Paws-A-Tively Stress Free” events at the White Plains and Midtown Manhattan locations. More than 100 students took a break from their studies to visit with dogs from the shelters. Students in Midtown Manhattan also signed up to volunteer at Bideawee, a pet welfare organization. The event was organized by Berkeley College Counseling Services and the Office of Student Development and Campus Life. Pictured in White Plains with dogs from Pets Alive Westchester are Berkeley College students (left to right) Chris Watkins of the Bronx, Scott Shauger of Sparrowbush, Yaritza Nunez of Haverstraw and Lola Padilla of Yonkers.
