BERKELEY COLLEGE STUDENT FROM MANHATTAN RECEIVES SCHOLARSHIP
FROM INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE CLUB NJ
Berkeley College is proud to announce that Carl Uggla of Manhattan, NY, and Bromma in Sweden has received a scholarship from the International Commerce Club NJ. Mr. Uggla is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Management at the New York City location.
The goal of the International Commerce Club is to foster international trade and development in the tri-state area. Mr. Uggla was awarded the scholarship for the quality of his essay about the Suez Canal and its role in world trade.
“The International Commerce Club has partnered with Berkeley College for several years,” said ICC President Karin Alfonso. “We continue to be impressed with the aptitude and qualifications of Berkeley College students who compete for the scholarship each year.”
