BERKELEY COLLEGE STUDENT REACHES OUT TO CLASSMATES, FAMILY
AND FRIENDS TO PROVIDE CLOTHING FOR HOMELESS YOUTH 


 

Photo Caption: When Berkeley College encouraged students and associates to support the Teens for Jeans campaign through its Berkeley Cares initiative, Legal Studies student Pamela Macek of Wayne jumped into action. Ms. Macek canvassed students, family and friends and collected 53 pairs of jeans for the campaign that is sponsored by DoSomething.org and Aeropostale. The jeans were donated to homeless youth in the local community. Through the Berkeley Cares initiative, associates and students assist local charities in the critical areas of food, shelter, health and student success.
