Each of you has had your trials, your ups and your downs. And you are sitting here now not by luck or mere happenstance. It was hard work, dedication, respect, commitment – these were the tools for your success,” Mr. Roopnarine told the graduates. “You are the leaders, the heroes, the agents of change society has been waiting for. You can change this world and you will leave a mark.” Mr. Roopnarine completed a Bachelor’s of Science in Justice Studies – Criminal Justice. Left to right are Mr. Roopnarine and Dario A. Cortes, PhD, President of Berkeley College.
