Berkeley College is presenting the artwork of Zachary Agee at its Midtown Manhattan Gallery, 3 East 43rd Street, New York City. The exhibit is on display from December 1 through January 5, 2015  Monday through Friday  from 9:00 am to 7:30 pm and on Saturdays from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm. An artist’s reception will be held on Wednesday, December 3 from 5:30 to 7:00 pm.

A recent graduate of East Carolina University, Greenville, NC, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, Mr. Agee is a freelance artist who is rapidly becoming known in the art world. He said he looks toward a future glazed with the colors and patterns of optimism, anticipated social liberation and a determination to celebrate living, and tries to reflect that in his art.

“Mr. Agee is an up-and-coming artist,” said Robert Keiber, Berkeley College Curator, Midtown Manhattan and Brooklyn galleries. “I look forward to the work he will create over the next few years.”

The artist has shown his work in exhibits that include the Art Room, Greensboro, NC; Wellington B. Gray Gallery, East Carolina University, Greenville, NC; Rebel Art Show at Emerge, Greenville, NC; and the Greensboro College Art Gallery, NC.
