Berkeley College is pleased to announce its “Change in Brooklyn” exhibition at the Brooklyn Campus Gallery, 255 Duffield Street, Brooklyn.  The call for entries of original artwork is open to all Brooklyn artists.  All artists must be over the age of 18 working in traditional media (oil, acrylic, and watercolor), with photography and computer generated art also accepted.  The pieces must be at least 24” x 36” framed.

The submission deadline is Friday, April 1, with artwork to be judged by a panel of three professionals from the field of fine art and design.  First, second, and third place winners will be notified by Tuesday, April 5.  The first place award is a solo show at the Berkeley College Midtown Campus Gallery, 3 East 43rd Street, New York, NY 10017.  Second and third prizes are a two-person show at the same location.

The “Change in Brooklyn” exhibit will be on display at the Brooklyn Campus Gallery from April 15 through June 15 Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 7:30 pm and on Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.  An artist’s reception will be held on Friday, April 15 at 5:30 pm.

To submit artwork, an application must be obtained from Robert Keiber, Curator, at  rfk@BerkeleyCollege.edu. or by calling 212-252-2065.  A 4” x 6” color print or color postcard should then be submitted with the application and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Robert Keiber at the Berkeley College Midtown Campus Gallery, 3 East 43rd Street, New York, NY 10017.  Please contact Mr. Keiber for more information or any further questions.
