Photo Caption: Conrad Walker, Berkeley College Campus Operating Officer, Brooklyn location, cuts the ribbon to open a Veterans Resource Center (VRC) for students in Brooklyn. At the Center, student veterans can gather to receive information about Veterans Affairs benefits, meet with the staff of the Office of Military and Veterans Affairs, and socialize. The College serves approximately 500 military students in New York and New Jersey, and through Berkeley College Online. Berkeley College also has VRCs at the Midtown Manhattan, NY, and Newark and Woodland Park, NJ, locations, as well as an Online VRC.
