BERKELEY COLLEGE ONLINE™ EXPANDING
WITH NEW FACILITIES IN CLIFTON

Berkeley College President Dario A. Cortes, PhD, is pleased to announce that due to its tremendous growth, Berkeley College Online™ will move from the Garret Mountain Campus in Woodland Park (formerly West Paterson) to 600 Getty Avenue in Clifton, NJ, for the fall 2009 quarter.

“From humble beginnings with one online course in the fall of 1998 to a program that today boasts more than 1,900 students enrolled in online classes, we are very excited about the growth of Berkeley College Online,” said Berkeley College Online Campus Operating Officer Sharon Goldstein. “The new facility in Clifton will help meet the unique needs of our staff who serve this virtual community.”

Students enrolled in the Berkeley College Online program receive the same faculty attention and substantial support services as Berkeley College students who take traditional on-site classes. In addition, the flexibility and convenience of Berkeley College Online help students balance coursework with family, work and social responsibilities.

The Online Campus currently offers 200 class sections and 28 Bachelor’s and Associate’s degree programs. Fifteen percent of the campus-based students at Berkeley College also are enrolled in online courses.
