Berkeley College Larry L. Luing School of Business Receives Candidacy for Accreditation Status from The International Assembly for College Business Education

BERKELEY COLLEGE LARRY L. LUING SCHOOL OF BUSINESS RECEIVES CANDIDACY FOR ACCREDITATION STATUS FROM THE INTERNATIONAL ASSEMBLY FOR COLLEGIATE BUSINESS EDUCATION 

 

Berkeley College is pleased to announce that its Larry L. Luing School of Business has been granted candidacy status for accreditation by the Board of Commissioners of the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Educators (IABCE).  

“This process ensures continuing the level of excellence Berkeley College has achieved thus far,” said Beth Castiglia, PhD, Dean of the Berkeley College Larry L. Luing School of Business. “Berkeley College is taking the next step to ensure that all of our business programs emphasize and assess specialized learning outcomes for our students and graduates.”

Having been granted candidacy status for accreditation by IABCE based upon development of an appropriate outcomes assessment plan, and satisfying other candidacy requirements relating to its business programs, resources and operational processes, Berkeley College will advance to conduct the required self-study component in the accreditation process throughout the 2015-2016 academic year, commencing July 1, 2015.
