BERKELEY COLLEGE HONORS TODD EGLOW

WITH 10TH ANNIVERSARY OF EXCELLENCE

IN ONLINE LEARNING AWARD

Berkeley College recently honored Todd Eglow, DC, Assistant Chair, Liberal Arts and Sciences, NY, by presenting him with a special award for the 10th Anniversary of Excellence in Online Learning.  This award recognizes Dr. Eglow as a faculty member who served as Distance Education Coordinator at Berkeley from 1999 – 2002.  In addition, he has taught courses on campus as well as online in science, health, and computers.

“Each fall Berkeley recognizes the importance of teaching to the success of the College and to the success of our students by presenting awards for teaching excellence to outstanding faculty members,” said Berkeley College Provost Rose Mary Healy, PhD. “It gives me great pleasure this year to present Todd Eglow with this special award because he was involved at the very inception when online courses began being offered at Berkeley over 10 years ago.  His commitment and passion for teaching continues to this day.”

Dr. Eglow graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.  He also graduated the New York Chiropractic College in 1985 with a Doctorate degree in Chiropractic, has run a private practice in New York City, been active with Chiropractic politics at the local and state levels, and currently manages the online health information site, Chiropractic OnLine Today.

A leader in business education for 77 years, Berkeley College currently maintains an enrollment of over 7,200 students, with more than 700 international students in its Baccalaureate and Associate degree programs. The College maintains two New York campuses in Midtown Manhattan and White Plains, an Extension Center in Lower Manhattan in the Wall Street area, and four New Jersey campuses located in West Paterson, Paramus, Woodbridge, and Newark.
