BERKELEY COLLEGE HEALTH SERVICES ADMINISTRATION CLUB
SPREADS HOLIDAY CHEER AT LOCAL NURSING HOME

Health Services Club Berkeley College

Photo Caption: In December, the Berkeley College Health Services Administration Student Club visited St. Vincent’s Nursing Home in Cedar Grove, NJ, to spread holiday cheer. The members of the club, who are seeking careers working with medical and health services in hospitals, clinics and public health agencies, hosted a holiday sing-a-long for the residents. The group has volunteered at St. Vincent’s throughout the year. “I loved seeing the residents happy and singing along with us,” said Ashley Alba of Haledon, President of the Club. “Our goal as club members is to make a difference in the lives of those residents, and I would say we did. I am glad we were able to make them smile and feel loved.” Pictured (L to R) are Berkeley College students Barbara Lawwill of Denville, Angel Coyotecatl of Passaic, Luke Issacson of Closter and Rosalind Welcome of Paterson; Marlene Olivio, friend of Berkeley College; Ms. Alba; Michael McDonough, Chair, Health Services Administration, Berkeley College Larry L. Luing School of Business and Club Advisor as Santa; and Marleen Olivio, friend of Berkeley College.
