Professor Maguire-Cruz was one of five illustrators of the book titled Songs of Mute Eagles, a bilingual poetry collection. “True inspiration comes from little things and develops into the largest concepts,” Mr. Gatti said. “Finding ways to break barriers is important,” he added, “but you need to have some structure to break away from.”
