Berkeley College is exhibiting the work of artists from the Brooklyn Streetcar Artists’ Group (BSAG) at the Brooklyn Gallery, 255 Duffield Street, Brooklyn, NY. This exhibit is now on display and will continue through September 30. The gallery is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, and on Friday and Saturday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
“If you’re looking for quality artwork, it’s right here, “said Robert Keiber, Berkeley College Curator. “These talented artists exhibited with us at our Brooklyn location in mid-2013 and when their work was highly praised, we brought them back again. I, personally, view their art as among the best in this area.”
Founded in 2009, BSAG found a home in Coney Island Hospital, Brooklyn, maintaining a gallery year-round with three to four rotating shows annually. BSAG also works with local schools, showing students’ work between regular exhibitions. It has grown to become one of the premier organizations in Brooklyn to exhibit the work of current artists. The BSAG artists are much sought after, as is evident by the demand for their paintings by galleries, business organization, corporations and private collectors.
For more information about the BSAG artists and the exhibit, contact Mr. Keiber at rjk@BerkeleyCollege.edu or 212-252-2065.
