Berkeley College in Woodland Park, NJ, received the 2016 New Good Neighbor Award from the New Jersey Business and Industry Association (NJBIA) at a reception held at Pines Manor in Edison, NJ, on July 15, 2016. The award recognizes the best and most exciting commercial and industrial development projects in the state of New Jersey. The nomination was submitted by Keith Kazmark, Woodland Park Mayor, on behalf of the Borough, citing the extensive renovations that took place to create a new atrium-like enclosure, Renaissance Hall, to benefit students and the community. Mayor Kazmarck, Vericon Construction Company of Mountainside, and Spiezle Architectural Group, Inc., of Trenton, also were recognized for this award at the reception.
