ABOUT LEADERSHIP ON “CAUCUS: NEW JERSEY”

Photo Caption: Karen Carpentieri, Vice President, Human Resources, Berkeley College, participated in a roundtable discussion on public television program “Caucus: New Jersey” on June 10, 2017. The discussion, titled “Developing Tomorrow’s Leaders Today,” addressed the value of mentorship, keys to great leadership in the workplace, and the changing leadership styles of millennials. Ms. Carpentieri also shared initiatives related to the Leadership Berkeley program, which cultivates internal talent and leaders within Berkeley College. “(Growing leaders) takes a strong commitment from the top down,” Ms. Carpentieri said.
