Photo Caption: Kathleen Donovan, Bergen County Executive, presents Berkeley College with a proclamation honoring its yearlong 80th anniversary celebration during a ceremony in Paramus, NJ. Left to right are Kevin L. Luing, Berkeley College Chairman of the Board; Ms. Donovan; Dario A. Cortes, PhD, Berkeley College President; Evan Miller, Berkeley College Campus Operating Officer, Paramus; and Teri Duda, Berkeley College Senior Vice President, Government Affairs. The College also received proclamations from the New Jersey Senate and Assembly and the Bergen County Board of Chosen Freeholders; and a certificate from the Paramus Mayor and Council. The ceremony recognized the new Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design degree program, and invited guests to view the Berkeley College Legacy Timeline Exhibit. The wall-mounted panels – one for each decade since the 1930s – parallel the history of the College with what was happening globally.
