.

Photo Caption: Berkeley College associates and students from Brooklyn and Midtown Manhattan, NY, recently participated in Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, a walk to benefit those stricken with the disease.  Teams of associates and students from the College locations in  White Plains, NY; Dover, NJ; Paramus, NJ; and Woodland Park, NJ, also took part in the event.  The Brooklyn and Midtown Manhattan teams participated at Prospect Park in Brooklyn, NY, and the White Plains group joined the effort at Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY.  Those from Dover, Paramus and Woodland Park walked at Mack-Cali Business Campus in Parsippany, NJ, and the Woodbridge team walked at the New Jersey Convention and Exposition Center in Edison, NJ.  Melissa Vidam, Berkeley College Director, Multicultural and Community Affairs, Midtown Manhattan (pictured right), said, “We are proud that so many Berkeley College associates and students turned out to participate in this walk.  We joined those millions of people throughout the nation who are also raising awareness about what can be done to reduce the risk of breast cancer.”
