BERKELEY COLLEGE CELEBRATES 50TH ANNIVERSARY OF
GREATER BERGEN COMMUNITY ACTION AT SPRING GALA

Photo Caption: Berkeley College recently supported Greater Bergen Community Action, Inc. (GBCA), at its 2017 Spring Gala, held on April 27 at The Terrace in Paramus, NJ. The nonprofit is Bergen County’s federally designated anti-poverty agency, which provides services to the poor, the homeless and those in recovery from addictions, as well as children and senior citizens. The Spring Gala marked the 50th anniversary of GBCA and raised funds for college scholarships. Honorees included Northeast Jersey Legal Services, the Center for Food Action, Family Promise, the Bergen County Workforce Development Board, and the Bergen Volunteer Medical Initiative.
