Berkeley College Athlete from St. Albans Named to Dr. Betty Shabazz All-Tournament Team

BERKELEY COLLEGE ATHLETE FROM ST. ALBANS NAMED TO
DR. BETTY SHABAZZ ALL-TOURNAMENT TEAM 

Berkeley College is proud to announce that senior guard Aiyesha Brown of St. Albans in Queens, NY, has been named to the Dr. Betty Shabazz All-Tournament team for women’s basketball. Ms. Brown is pursuing her degree through Berkeley College Online. 

Ms. Brown received the honor for her performance in two tournament games, during which she scored 34 points overall to help the Knights win the tournament for the second straight year. 

“We are extremely proud of Aiyesha for this well-deserved recognition,” said Brian Maher, Berkeley College Athletic Director. “Her outstanding performance is a result of hard work and dedication and we expect more great things from her at Berkeley.”
