BERKELEY COLLEGE ATHLETE FROM CORONA RECEIVES ATHLETIC
HONORS FROM HUDSON VALLEY INTERCOLLEGIATE ATHLETIC CONFERENCE
Berkeley College is proud to announce that senior goalie Camilo Montes of Corona in Queens, NY, has received athletic honors from the Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (HVIAC) for men’s soccer. Mr. Montes attends Berkeley College in Midtown Manhattan.
Mr. Montes was named to the HVIAC honor roll during the week of October 8 for his performance in a game against Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Albany, NY, during which he posted his second straight shutout and made two saves in the 2-0 victory. He was previously named HVIAC Player of the Week this season.
“We are extremely proud of Camilo for this well-deserved recognition,” said Brian Maher, Berkeley College Athletic Director. “His outstanding performance is a result of hard work and dedication and we expect more great things from him at Berkeley.”
