BERKELEY COLLEGE ATHLETE FROM BROOKLYN RECEIVES
ATHLETIC HONORS FROM HUDSON VALLEY MEN’S ATHLETIC CONFERENCE
Berkeley College is proud to announce that sophomore forward Shawn Collins of Brooklyn in Kings County, NY, has received athletic honors from the Hudson Valley Men’s Athletic Conference (HVMAC) for men’s basketball. Mr. Collins is a student at the Brooklyn location.
Mr. Collins was named to the HVMAC Honor Roll during the week of December 4 for his performance in a game against Sarah Lawrence College, during which he posted a career-high 25 points with nine rebounds, three assists and two steals.
“We are extremely proud of Shawn for this well-deserved recognition,” said Brian Maher, Berkeley College Athletic Director. “His outstanding performance is a result of hard work and dedication and we expect more great things from him at Berkeley.”
