BERKELEY COLLEGE ATHLETE FROM BROOKLYN RECEIVES ALL-AMERICAN HONORS
FROM UNITED STATES COLLEGIATE ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION
Berkeley College is proud to announce that senior forward/center Jose Stable of Brooklyn in Kings County, NY, has received All-American honors from the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) for men’s basketball. Mr. Stable is a student at Berkeley College in Midtown Manhattan.
“Jose is a three-time All-American who has led this program to new heights with three consecutive undefeated Hudson Valley Athletic Conference championships and three consecutive bids to the USCAA National Championships,” said Brian Maher, Berkeley College Athletic Director. “He has averaged a double-double for his career and was among the national leaders in both points per game and rebounds per game. He has been the best player to wear the Berkeley College uniform, and he will be missed.”
Mr. Stable also was named to the All-Tournament team for the USCAA National Championships, held at Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus.
The USCAA is a national organization that provides quality athletic competition on a regional and national level while promoting integrity, leadership, scholarship and values of life.
