BERKELEY COLLEGE ATHLETE FROM BROOKLYN NAMED
PLAYER OF THE WEEK BY HUDSON VALLEY MEN’S ATHLETIC CONFERENCE
Berkeley College is proud to announce that senior forward/guard Jose Stable of Brooklyn in Kings County, NY, has been named Player of the Week by the Hudson Valley Men’s Athletic Conference (HVMAC) for men’s basketball. Mr. Stable is a student at Berkeley College in New York City.
Mr. Stable was named HVMAC Player of the Week during the week of December 18 for his performance in games against The Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades and Culinary Institute of America, during which he connected on 68 percent and 82 percent from the field, respectively.
It is the second consecutive week that Mr. Stable has been named Player of the Week.
“We are extremely proud of Jose for this well-deserved recognition,” said Brian Maher, Berkeley College Athletic Director. “His outstanding performance is a result of hard work and dedication and we expect more great things from him at Berkeley.”
