Berkeley College is proud to announce that sophomore midfielder Dare Aniyikaye of Brooklyn in Kings County, NY, has been named Player of the Week by the Hudson Valley Men’s Athletic Conference (HVMAC) for men’s soccer. Mr. Aniyikaye is a student at the New York City location.

Mr. Aniyikaye received the HVMAC honor during the week of October 30 for his performance in a semifinal game against Culinary Institute of America, during which he scored the winning goal for the Knights in double overtime.

“We are extremely proud of Dare for this well-deserved recognition,” said Brian Maher, Berkeley College Athletic Director. “His outstanding performance is a result of hard work and dedication and we expect more great things from him at Berkeley.”
