BERKELEY COLLEGE APPOINTS TROY ADAIR, PHD, AS
ASSOCIATE PROVOST, ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION

Berkeley College is proud to announce the appointment of Troy Adair, PhD, as Associate Provost, Academic Administration. In this role, Dr. Adair will oversee the Advisement and Readmissions departments, and the Registrar’s Office. He also will coordinate accreditation with the Middle States Commission on Higher Education and the American Bar Association, as well as licensing and certification with the New York State Education Department and the New Jersey Commission on Higher Education.

“Dr. Adair has made significant contributions to higher education as an instructor, author and administrator,” said Glen Zeitzer, PhD, Berkeley College Provost. “He will provide strong academic leadership as we continue to evaluate and restructure Berkeley College to meet its strategic goals.”

Before coming to Berkeley College, Dr. Adair served as Director of Educational Initiatives for the Jay S. Sidhu School of Business and Leadership at Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, PA, where he was responsible for program development and planning.

Dr. Adair is the author of several textbooks and scholarly publications, and has served as an instructor of business and finance at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, NC; the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI; Alma College in Alma, MI; Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY; and Indiana University in Indianapolis, IN.

He holds a PhD in Finance from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN; an MBA in General Business from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND; and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Birmingham, AL.
