BERKELEY COLLEGE APPOINTS TIA DELOUISE AS
CAMPUS OPERATING OFFICER, CLIFTON LOCATION

Berkeley College is proud to announce the appointment of Tia DeLouise as Campus Operating Officer (COO), Clifton location. In this role, Ms. DeLouise will oversee day-to-day operations at the location that opened earlier this year and specializes in Health Studies. She also will monitor polices related to personnel, including training and professional development programs to ensure outstanding career-focused education in some of today’s most in-demand healthcare professions. 

“Ms. DeLouise has worked at Berkeley College for more than 30 years. Her various leadership positions at the college, along with her experience as a business instructor, provide a full spectrum of capabilities that contribute to maintaining a supportive environment where students can thrive,” said Dario A. Cortes, PhD, President of Berkeley College.

In addition to serving as COO, Ms. DeLouise will continue in her role as Vice President, Academic Administration. Previously, she held such leadership roles as Vice President, Advisement; Vice President, Student Records and Registrar; Interim Dean, Academic Affairs; and Vice President Academic Support Services. Ms. DeLouise is a member of the National Academic Advising Association, the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admission Officers, and the Middle States Association of Collegiate Registrars and Officers of Admissions.

Ms. DeLouise has an MBA in Business Education from New York University and a BA in Business Education from Montclair State University. 

Berkeley College in Clifton offers Health Sciences, Medical Assistant and Surgical Technology Associate degree programs. Students also can enroll in Medical Assistant, Multi-Level Patient Care Technician, Practical Nurse or Surgical Processing Technician certification programs. In addition to classroom learning, students gain hands-on clinical experience and assistance with job placement and career advancement.

A leader in providing career-focused education for more than 80 years, Berkeley College is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education and enrolls approximately 8,000 students — including more than 900 international students — in its Baccalaureate and Associate degree and Certificate programs.
