Berkeley College Appoints New Campus Operating Officer at Garret Mountain Campus

Berkeley College Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration Lee Miara has announced the appointment of Diane Recinos as Campus Operating Officer (COO) for the Garret Mountain Campus in West Paterson, NJ.  
“Diane has done a superb job in leading the Middlesex Campus for the past four years,” says Ms. Miara. “The Garret Mountain Campus will certainly benefit from her skills in guiding and supporting staff and in her strong ability to communicate with care when dealing with students and parents.”
As COO, Ms. Recinos will oversee day-to-day operations, monitor policies relating to personnel, including training and professional development programs, as well as participate in the development and implementation of the College’s long-range plan.
Ms. Recinos began working for Berkeley College in 1992 as Director of Financial Aid at the Woodbridge Campus. Later that role was expanded to include the Paramus and West Paterson Campuses. In 2001, Ms. Recinos became Director of PeopleSoft Development, serving first as Project Manager and then as Business Systems Analyst. Since February 2004, she has served as COO of the Woodbridge Campus.   
A leader in business education for 77 years, Berkeley College currently maintains an enrollment of over 6,000 students, with more than 600 international students in its Baccalaureate and Associate degree programs. The College has four New Jersey campuses located in West Paterson, Paramus, Woodbridge, and Newark; two New York campuses in Midtown Manhattan and White Plains; and an Extension Center in Lower Manhattan in the Wall Street area.
