Berkeley College Appoints Edwin Hughes, EdD, as Vice President, Student Development and Campus Life

Berkeley College is proud to announce the appointment of Edwin Hughes, EdD, as Vice President, Student Development and Campus Life. In this role, Dr. Hughes will provide leadership and coordinate the efforts of the Student Development and Campus Life offices in New York and New Jersey, and Berkeley College Online.
“The Berkeley College Student Development team continues to enhance the quality of programming offered to our students,” said Senior Vice President for Student Success, Thomas L. Thomas, PhD. “As someone who has the respect of both staff and students, Dr. Hughes will be successful in leading these efforts.”
Dr. Hughes began his career at Berkeley College in 2004 as a faculty member and was appointed Dean of Academic Affairs, New Jersey, in 2005. He most recently served as Dean, Student Development and Campus Life, New Jersey.
Dr. Hughes holds an EdD from Dowling College, an MBA from Rutgers University, and a BA from the College of the Holy Cross.
