The following events will take place at Berkeley College, 1 Blackwell Street, Dover: 

November 12    

Berkeley College will host two FAFSA (Free Application for Student Aid) Workshops – at  10:00 am and at 12:00 pm.  These hands-on workshops are for adults as well as parents/guardians of high school seniors interested in applying for financial aid, and students are encouraged to attend.  How to apply for a PIN and a full explanation of the financial aid process will be discussed.  A presentation will take place on Berkeley College institutional aid in the form of scholarships and grants.  Parents/guardians can request a free financial aid planning session by presenting their most recent income tax returns to a financial aid administrator.  For further information, please call 800-446-5400, ext. Berkeley College will host a MiniLEADS session from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  This learning and leadership experience is based on the civic engagement and leadership program Bergen LEADS.    Attendees get to explore different aspects of Bergen County, including government, law and public safety, healthcare, education, economic development, arts and the nonprofit sector.  Breakfast, lunch and snacks are included.  For more information or to register, contact Beanne DeGuzman of the Bergen Volunteer Center, bdeguzman@bergenvolunteers.org, or 201-489-9454, ext. 203.  The cost is $99 (with discounts for members).

November 10

Berkeley College will host “A Night of Design”- a free Interior Design event from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.  This fun, informative evening will give an inside look into the exciting world of Interior Design using professional design software.  Light refreshments will be served, and seating is limited.  For more information or to register, call 800-446-5400, ext.
