NEW JERSEY CAMPUSES

 

The following events will take place at Berkeley College, 64 East Midland Avenue, Paramus: 

 

March 2

 

Interior Design Careers Workshop:  This comprehensive workshop includes a hands-on design project and field trips to design showrooms.  Experienced interior design professionals will discuss fundamentals and a range of career opportunities. Time: 6 to 8 p.m.  Cost:  $50.  Students must be at least 16 years of age to attend.  For more information, call 800-446-5400, ext. CAL, or visit www.berkeleycollege.edu.

 

March 15

 

Criminal Justice Careers Workshop: Learn about a curriculum that includes courses in terrorism, cyber crime, global security, intelligence and case management. Workshop leaders will talk about the opportunities to analyze emerging issues and to focus studies in areas such as policing or security.  Time: 6 to 8 p.m.  Cost:  $50.  Students must be at least 16 years of age to attend.  For more information, call 800-446-5400, ext. Business Careers Workshop:  This informative workshop is designed to teach teamwork and leadership skills through classroom activities and with the help of business leaders and professionals at their locations of employment.  Gain a better understanding of the knowledge and abilities needed to develop these skills.  Time: 6 to 8 p.m. Cost:  $50.  Students must be at least 16 years of age to attend.  For more information, call 800-446-5400, ext. The following event will take place at Berkeley College, 44 Rifle Camp Road, Woodland

Park:

 

March 22     

 

Berkeley College will host a free Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Information Session from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Applicants must have completed an accredited LPN program in the United States, possess an unrestricted active or inactive LPN license, and have completed a minimum of 2,080 hours of work as an LPN within the last two years.  At the event, you will receive an overview of the program by the faculty, learn what requirements are necessary for you to apply, and tour the facilities and nursing labs.  Then, following a question and answer session, interested students will have the chance to apply to the program.  For more information, call 800-446-5400, ext.
