NEW JERSEY CAMPUSES

The following events will take place at Berkeley College, Garret Mountain Campus, 44 Rifle Camp Road, Woodland Park:

February 9

Berkeley College will host an Open House for adult students from noon to 7:00 pm.  The event offers all interested students immediate information regarding acceptance for the upcoming quarter.  Guests will have the opportunity to meet and greet staff, and learn about degree programs.  Transfer students will learn about transfer opportunities.  Students interested in immediate decision must bring high school transcripts and take an entrance examination; however, those students who have already completed an Associate’s degree are exempt from the exam.  For further information, please call 1-800-446-5400, ext. Berkeley College will host an Open House and FAFSA (Free Application for Student Aid) Workshop from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.  This hands-on workshop is for parents/guardians of high school seniors interested in applying for financial aid, and students are encouraged to attend. How to apply for a PIN and a full explanation of the financial aid process will be discussed.  A presentation will take place on Berkeley College institutional aid in the form of scholarships and grants.  Parents/guardians can request a financial aid planning session by presenting their most recent income tax returns to a financial aid administrator.  For further information, please call 1-800-446-5400, ext. The following events will take place at Berkeley College, Midtown Campus, 3 East 43rd Street, New York City:

February 1-28

In celebration of Black History Month, Berkeley College is exhibiting the work of artist John Mubiru at the Midtown Campus Gallery, First Floor Lobby, 3 East 43rd Street.  Mr. Mubiru works in traditional and contemporary African art.  His oil paintings create striking tribal motifs and scenery that evoke the essence of African culture and life – vibrant, colorful, and alive.  His exhibit is open to the public Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 7:30 pm and on Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.  A student seminar will be held on Wednesday, February 9 at 3:00 pm, followed by an artist’s reception from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.  For more information, please contact Berkeley Gallery Curator Robert Keiber at rjk@BerkeleyCollege.eduor 212-252-2065.

The following event is offered by Berkeley College Online™.
