             BERKELEY COLLEGE ANNOUNCES APRIL EVENTS

 

 

The following event will take place at The Radisson Martinique, 49 West 32nd Street, New York, NY:

 

April 17

 

Berkeley College will host Career Day at The Radisson Martinique, 49 West 32nd Street, New York, NY, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.  This event is for Berkeley College students and alumni to meet representatives from a variety of companies with diverse hiring needs.  Attendees can learn about potential employers and take advantage of new networking opportunities.  All in attendance receive company profiles to help them begin their career searches.  Library staff is available to help students and alumni search for more information about a company or to provide assistance in completing job applications. Students are required to attend a pre-session to learn tips about navigating the event and gain a realistic understanding of what to expect. NEW JERSEY CAMPUSES 

 

 

The following events will take place at Berkeley College, Bergen Campus, 64 East Midland Avenue, Paramus:

Berkeley College will host an Open House from 12:00 noon to 7:00 pm.  The event offers all interested students information regarding acceptance for the upcoming season.   Guests will have the opportunity to meet and greet staff and faculty, and learn about online degree programs, as well as financial aid and scholarship opportunities.  Transfer students will learn about transfer opportunities. Students interested in immediate decision must bring high school transcripts and take an entrance examination; however, those

Berkeley College will host Parent Day from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon.  The event invites parents or guardians and their students to learn more about Berkeley College and gives future students and their families the opportunity to meet other future students.   Current students will be on hand to share their experiences.  Representatives of student support departments will discuss clubs, organizations, and student support services.  Career Services will share information about making students more marketable in a competitive economy.  How to apply for a PIN number and a full explanation of the financial aid process will be discussed.  A presentation will take place on Berkeley College institutional aid in the form of scholarships and grants.  For further information, please call 1-800-446-5400, ext.
