The symposium, titled β€œThe Benefits of Public-Private Partnerships in Policing and Security,” was sponsored by the College and ASIS (American Society for Industrial Security) International Northern New Jersey Chapter XIII. Local agencies, as well as Berkeley College students pursuing a degree in Justice Studies – Criminal Justice were invited to attend. Also presenting at the symposium were representatives of the City of White Plains Police Department, New Jersey State Police, New York City Police Department – Counterterrorism Division, Bergen County Police Department, ASIS International Northern New Jersey and NJ TRANSIT Police Department, among other agencies.
