(Below) Dr. Adubato signs copies of his book, Lessons In Leadership, after addressing students and guests in Woodland Park, as well as those watching via livestream on each of Berkeley College’s eight campuses in New Jersey and New York. “Great leaders push themselves,” Dr. Adubato said. “Ask yourself, ‘What did I do to push myself out of my comfort zone today?’”
